Mark has been a Chartered Surveyor in the planning and land management industry for 24 years and for the last 10 years, has been in practice with James Broadbent in their own right, undertaking normal land agency work including acting for landowning clients in negotiation with Electricity Networks.
James Broadbent MRICS
Since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1989, James has focused his attention in the specialist areas of town planning, property development and the compulsory purchase of land and buildings. James has been able to advise landowners on more than 500 development projects across the UK.
Matthew Blantern BSc (Hons)
Matthew first joined Ferguson Broadbent as placement in 2017. Since then he has graduated from the Royal Agricultural University having studied Rural Estate and Land Management before re-joining in 2018 as a graduate. He is currently progressing his APC and working towards qualified MRICS status, specialising in Planning and Development. Matthew aspires to become a respected and trusted expert in his chosen field.
Jonathan O’Shea BSc (Hons) MRICS
Jonathan qualified in 1995 as a Rural Practice surveyor and has had 25 years frontline experience with national firms in the management, valuation and sale of upper quartile rural, residential and development property. He is now applying this knowledge and skill across the country for private and institutional landowners and negotiating resolution on their behalf with electricity companies and statutory authorities.
